A few simple rules for Healthcare Providers

• eJane supports single and multi-user healthcare provider accounts. The first step in joining eJane and setting up the Healthcare Provider account is to establish who the Primary Contact will be and set up their account.
• If you will be the only user, then it is only necessary to set up a primary contact.
• Only Primary Contact can create users.
• Primary Contact must be designated as a "billing contact", although they may also set up users as "billing or non-billing contacts". Everyone on eJane is authorized to create a billable transaction, however it is only the Primary Contact and those users that are so designated who will receive bills.
• Locations, engagements and negotiations cannot currently be shared between users and /or primary contact. Each creates and maintains these functions alone.
• Finally, the billing contact designation of a user cannot be changed once it has been initially established.
