How do I post an engagement?

eJane's engagement management function is very powerful. It allows you to create multiple positions, define an initial rate offering, shifts, required screening tests, and describe the job along with contract requirements. You simply click the Engagement Management tab and then Add an Engagement.

It is also a powerful cost-containment tool. Healthcare Providers in eJane are charged a daily posting fee. This fee is charged when an engagement is "published". A "published" engagement will display during a nurses job search.

Once sufficient applicants have responded, the healthcare provider can "un-publish" an engagement which shuts down the charging of fees on that engagement. The healthcare provider can then carry out negotiations while not occuring posting charges.

The healthcare provider can "publish" or "un-publish" an engagement at anytime.
