Getting started with eJane for a Healthcare Provider

1. Setup at least one engagement location
2. Add an engagement
3. Negotiate a better nurse rate

Create a location where an engagement can occur. eJane gives you the flexibility to define an unlimited number of locations where engagements can occur. What this does is allow you to get new engagements online faster by removing the need to re-enter the location everytime you post an engagement.

1. Access the Location Manager (main menu)
2. Add a new location where an engagement will be held
3. Save the location to your account

With at least one location defined you can now add an engagement into your account. In order for the engagement to appear in a Nurses' search you must "publish" the engagement. When an engagement is "published" a fee of $8.00/day per engagement is incurred (see pricing) Now you just sit back and wait for a nurse to contact you directly.

1. Access the Engagement Manager (main menu)
2. Add a new engagement
3. Fill in the details of the engagement
4. Publish the engagement
5. Save the engagement to your account

The negotiation process in eJane has been designed to make it easy for you to find a nurse that best meets your requirements and negotiate a salary that works best for you.

1. Start the negotiation process - accessed through the main menu
2. Modify the terms of the engagement as needed
3. Add an addendum to the Final Engagement Package
4. Accept the Negotiation when you are ready
