What is the Quality Portfolio?

The Quality Portfolio is your complete profile. It holds all information about you, your skills, accomplishments and anything else that will be required to land an engagement. Your Quality Portfolio can be created when you initially join eJane and updated thereafter to allow you quick and easy access to all your information.

Sections:

The personal details section contains the standard information that a Healthcare Provider could use to identify who you are and where you reside. This information can only be viewed when you have released the information. Therefore, your identity is protected until you choose to release it.

This is a list of all your State Board of Nursing Licenses and any Certifications that you have received. Not only can you enter the information about the license or certification but you can also upload a scanned version that will be attached to your Quality Portfolio.

This section lists your clinical experiences in years. Only items with a value greater than a year will be displayed. At anytime you can go back and update your clinical experience list to ensure the information is up-to-date.

The skills checklist will help the healthcare provider evaluate your competency in over 75 skills. Each skill will be assigned, by you, a level of competency ranging from 1 (Never performed or performed infrequently) to 3 (Proficient).

This is a compliance list that you will be able to maintain if you have had training or are in compliance with the item. Items can not only be marked as compliant but you can also leave a comment for a healthcare provider who may be viewing your Quality Portfolio.

This section includes: Medical History, Prescriptions & Medications, Surgical History and Immunizations. Most of this information is considered Confidential Information and will only be released upon your approval. Immunizations, however, are General Information and will be released only when you apply for an engagement.

This section includes your educational background, professional organizations and professional references.

This section lets you maintain a complete work history
