How is my information secured from viewing?

In order to protect the information in your Quality Portfolio and your identity, eJane has divided the information into three categories:

General Information:

General Information identifies your skills and abilities as a Nurse but cannot be used to identify your location or identity. General Information will be automatically shared with a Healthcare Provider when you APPLY and initially respond to an engagement.

Personal Information:

Personal Information will allow healthcare providers to identify who you are and your location (ex. name, address or phone number). Personal Information can only be viewed by a Healthcare Provider when you explicitly release it to them during an engagement negotiation. You must release personal information to the Healthcare Provider before an engagement can be finalized.

Confidential Information:

Confidential Information has the highest level of protection (ex. email address or medical history). Confidential information can only be viewed by Healthcare Providers who you have explicitly released this information to. eJane does not require the release of Confidential Information in order to finalize an engagement.
